Refund & Cancellation Policy

At OVALE Multispeciality Hospital, we strive to provide the best healthcare services and maintain complete transparency with our patients.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and payments.
1. Appointment Cancellation
- Patients may cancel appointments through phone, website, or in person.
- In case of prepaid appointments, cancellation should be made at least [X hours] before the scheduled time.
- If the appointment is cancelled by the hospital due to doctor unavailability or any emergency, patients will be fully refunded.
2. Refund Policy for Appointments
- Prepaid consultation fees are refundable only if the cancellation is done within the permitted time.
- No refunds will be issued for "No-Show" cases (patient does not visit and no cancellation is made).
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within [3–7 working days].
3. Diagnostics & Lab Test Cancellation
- Cancellations for lab tests must be made at least [X hours] before sample collection.
- Once a sample is collected, the amount is non-refundable.
- If the hospital is unable to perform the test due to technical issues, the full amount will be refunded.
4. Procedure / Surgery Payments
- Advance payments made for surgeries or major procedures are refundable only if cancelled at least [X days] in advance.
- Administrative and pre-operative expenses may be deducted.
- If the surgery is cancelled by the hospital, the entire amount will be refunded.
5. Room Booking / Admission Advance
- Room booking advances are adjustable in the final bill.
- If admission is cancelled by the patient, a minimal cancellation fee may apply.
- If no services were used, partial or full refunds may be provided at management’s discretion.
6. Payment Disputes
Any dispute regarding overcharging, double payments, or incorrect billing must be reported within
[48 hours] of receiving the bill, along with the payment receipt.
7. Non-Refundable Items
- Medications once dispensed
- Consumables and used medical supplies
- Health packages after partial availing
- Emergency services
8. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer, etc.).
- Cash refunds (if applicable) will require ID verification.
- Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
9. Changes to This Policy
OVALE Multispeciality Hospital reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
